Our Journey as DW

In 1994 Southwest Jury Consulting services were limited to jury selection and quickly grew into a complete jury consulting firm. In 2001 the name change to DecisionsWon took place. While still maintaining services primarily in New Mexico, DecisionsWon has grown with a national presence assisting with jury selection, focus groups and mock throughout the United States.

DecisionsWon has sound expertise and deep experience in jury selection, focus groups, mock trials, post-trial interviews, shadow juries primarily in civil and in some criminal matters.

JoAnn Erikson

JoAnn Erikson set up DecisionsWon in 1994. She is the founder and president of the company and has been working for the betterment of jury consulting for a very long time. She believes in building confidence through knowledge.
